Expert Physical Therapy Services

Designed specifically for individuals with scoliosis and other spinal conditions, with advanced training in the Schroth Method—a specialized, evidence-based approach to scoliosis care. Unlike traditional physical therapy, Schroth is a customized, three-dimensional treatment that addresses the unique shape and rotation of your spine. Through targeted exercises, postural correction, and specialized breathing techniques, we help you actively realign your body, improve symmetry, halt curve progression, and build the strength needed to support a healthier spine. Schroth physical therapy is one of the most evidence-supported, non-surgical treatments for scoliosis. It’s a highly specialized, active approach that teaches patients how to correct their posture in 3D and integrate those corrections into daily life.

Each treatment plan is highly individualized, focusing not only on in-session work but also on integrating corrections into your daily life. Our goal is to prevent curve progression, improve posture, and enhance overall function, empowering you or your child with the tools to take an active role in long-term spinal health.

A Different Approach to Physical Therapy

Posture Physical Therapy is a cash-based physical therapy practice designed to provide highly personalized, one-on-one care without the limitations of traditional insurance-based therapy. Our model allows us to provide specialized care for complex spinal conditions, including scoliosis, using approaches such as Schroth-based physical therapy and Pilates-informed movement, without being restricted to the limited services typically covered by insurance.

Because we do not bill insurance companies directly, your treatment is not dictated by insurance authorizations, visit limits, or predetermined treatment guidelines. Instead, we can focus our time and expertise entirely on you, your goals, and your individual needs. Sessions are intentional and individualized, allowing for thorough assessment, hands-on treatment when appropriate, detailed exercise instruction, and education that empowers you to take an active role in your health.

Posture Physical Therapy does not bill insurance companies directly. However, some insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits that may reimburse you for a portion of your care. Upon request, we will provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Our goal is to provide a physical therapy experience that puts the client, not the insurance company, at the center of care.
