What is the Schroth Method?

Schroth physical therapy is a specialized, non-surgical treatment approach designed specifically for scoliosis. Unlike general exercise, it is a customized, curve-specific program that works in all three dimensions of scoliosis (side bending, rotation, and front-to-back alignment).
